Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground Saver.

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment through UPS.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

SYOREIN.CO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been transferred to UPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location and with neighbors.

  • Contacting UPS using your tracking number.

  • Contacting us if you need assistance with a carrier investigation.

SYOREIN.CO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Availability

At this time, SYOREIN.CO ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
